Where will my photo session take place?

I photograph on location, whether that be a park, your home, the beach, a playground or that special place to you or your family, perhaps somewhere you go as a family just to chill out. The most important thing is that you and your family are comfortable. I will discuss this with you prior to your session as weather and time of the year can influence this also.

What should we wear?

Well, something comfortable is a good place to start, depending on the style of photos you are after. Family photos always look great if you are all at least co-ordinated and to do this you can choose a base colour/fabric like denim and then add cream or any colour really. The additions can be patterned or plain as long as the clothes complement each other. One thing to avoid if you can is fine stripes as these can "warp" in photos.

You can also bring along a change of clothes if you wish, just to get a different look. Hats and props are also something to consider.

When can we view the image proofs?

Your proofs will be ready for viewing approximately 21 days from your session date, however depending on my workload this can be sooner.
Proofs are provided as 12x8 watermarked images.
Please note that if a 10x8 image is ordered then some cropping of that image will occur.

All images are subject to copyright and Sharon Manning Photography reserves the right to use any images for promotional/advertising purposes. If you wish to use the images or re-produce the images please contact me in writing for approval.

When is payment required for our print order and when
will they be ready?

Payment for print orders is required upon placement of your order and before being sent to print.

Print orders are generally available within 10 working days whereas Canvas and other special orders can take up to 3 weeks (21 days). If you require a print order in short notice then I can try to accommodate this for you but a surcharge may apply

All print prices include delivery fee.

None of the packages suit what we want?

I can tailor make a package to suit you, this will be priced based on your requirements.

Do you do weddings?

In a nutshell that answer is yes. However I only do a limited number of weddings a year and these are usually small intimate affairs and I do not include the reception.
